RENTAL CONDITIONS:
* the consumption of cannabis or other drugs is prohibited. (cannabis, tobacco or vaping) and no drug production
* Short term rentals such as: Airbnb, sublet, home exchange are prohibited
* Pets allowed only with LESSOR's approval
* No satellite
* Broken equipment and/or damage due to excessive use, such as scratches or dents, damaged floors, appliances, will be the responsibility of the Tenant and will be repaired, replaced at the tenant's expense
* At the end of the stay, the Tenant will accept visits with 24 hours notice
* Battery replacement, light bulb replacement and regular maintenance are the
responsibility of the Tenant. At the end of the lease, the property will be in the same condition as it was on the date of occupancy, except for normal wear and tear.
* The Tenant will provide confirmation of employment as well as all relevant information allowing a complete credit check to the complete satisfaction of the LESSOR.
* The tenant will provide proof of liability insurance for two million dollars ($2,000,000.00) prior to occupancy and for the entire term of the lease.
* The use of the premises is for residential purposes only.
